Dr. Goldsberry is a clinical and forensic psychologist who specializes in treatment and evaluations. She is investigative, curious, open, and easy to talk with. She offers in-person services to clients located in San Diego. She also provides virtual services to clients throughout the state of California.

Therapy
Dr. Goldsberry has evaluated and treated people diagnosed with mood, psychotic, personality, anxiety, trauma/stress-related, and/or substance use disorders. She has extensive experience assessing and treating suicidality. She uses an individualized and culturally competent treatment approach. She incorporates evidence-based methods including cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused, and mindfulness-based interventions. Ultimately, the therapeutic alliance is essential to fostering growth and healing. Thus, Dr. Goldsberry offers a free consultation to assess goodness of fit.
Evaluations
Dr. Goldsberry has conducted evaluations for federal and county courts addressing a wide variety of questions including general psychological functioning, competency to stand trial, responsibility, and mitigation. She has also conducted psychological evaluations to clarify diagnostic and or functional concerns for adolescents and adults. She is on the California State Superior Court, San Diego County, Expert Witness List (EWL) for criminal court referrals.
